Rogue One: Jyn Erso

 

Michi has already painted Cassian Andor and K2-SO, now it was time to complete the trio by painting Jyn Erso.

The Silver Bayonet: The Traveling Exorcist

Brother Theobald, the traveling exorcist. With his witch's staff, he can determine beyond doubt whether he has a witch in front of him and when she last indulged in the dark arts. His motto: "If my staff doesn't itch, there's no witch!"

Prinzessinnen

Heute zeigt Michi was Prinzessinen in einer weit entfernten Galaxis so treiben. Genauer gesagt das, was eine bestimmte Prinzessin ganz gerne mal anzieht. Leia Organa, Schwester von Luke Skywalker, Tochter von Darth Vader und eine der Gallionsfiguren der Rebellion...

 

 

Michi will show you today what princesses are doing in a galaxy far away. In particular what a certain princess likes to wear. Leia Organa, sister of Luke Skywalker, daughter of Darth Vader and an idol for the rebellion...

 

Interessanterweise werden hier drei Modelle im selben Maßstab, jedoch aus unterschiedlichen Herstellungsverfahren gezeigt:

Die links im militärischen Stil gekleidete Leia ist die offizielle Spielfigur von Star Wars Legion aus Kunststoffspritzgussteilen zum Zusammenkleben. Die mittlere Prinzessin ist ein 3D-Druck aus Kunstharz (der abweichende Sockel ist für die Verwendung in Imperial Assault bestimmt) und die rechte Figur ist ein Kunstharzguss von Brother Vinni.

The military style clad Leia on the left is an injection molded multipart miniature made of plastic and glued together. The one in the middle is a 3D-print made of resin and the princess on the right is a resin cast by Brother Vinni.

 

Die nackte Wahrheit über die Wikinger

 

 

Heute mal kein Star Wars Legion von Michi: Zur Abwechslung hat er eine Wikingerin bei ihrer Lieblingsbeschäftigung bemalt. Alles, was sie bei dem, was man den Wikingern als solche nachsagt, überflüssig erscheint, fehlt auch bei diesem Modell von Brother Vinni. Beängstigend genug ist sie trotzdem...

It's Lando today. Gambler and smuggler or rather a galactic entrepreneur as he would condider and introduce himself.

Rogue One: Cassian Andor & K2-S0

 

Heute zeigt Michi die ersten Figuren für Star Wars Legion, die nicht der klassischen Filmtrilogie entstammen, sondern aus der nachträglich verfilmten Vorgeschichte Rogue One, in der die Todesstern-Pläne durch die Rebellen erbeutet werden. Hier sind zwei der maßgeblich daran Beteiligten zu sehen: Captain Cassian Andor und der umprogrammierte imperiale Droide K2-SO.

 

 

Michi presents his first miniatures for Star Wars Legion, which don't originate from the classic movie trilogy, but from the prequel Rogue One where the Death Star plans were captured by the rebels. Airships: North Pole Quest

And now for something completely different... a board game.

The long-awaited Kickstarter project "Airships: North Pole Quest" finally arrived. I painted the monochrome dark gray models of the ships and airships (1/2000 scale) and applied the decals that came with them. I hope that the gameplay can keep up with the atmospheric equipment.
